The Roos are a premier baseball organization rooted in Tampa Bay, Florida, home to the nationally recognized Kangaroo Court Roos and Top Tier Roos programs. We exist to develop serious baseball players through intentional training, competition at every level, and a culture that builds character and confidence both on and off the field.

Our mission is to provide opportunities and exposure while competing at the highest levels by instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty, and integrity. We teach our players to respect the game, work hard, and play with passion and purpose.

Kangaroo Court Roos
Kangaroo Court Roos serve players from youth through 14U, creating a structured development pathway for young athletes to grow their skills at their pace. The program fields teams at local, regional, and national levels, helping players build confidence and competitive experience from their earliest seasons. Kangaroo Court players transition into Top Tier Roos as they advance into high school play.
Top Tier Roos
Top Tier Roos represents our high school showcase teams, designed for players pursuing opportunities at the next level. These teams compete on both regional and national stages and have established themselves among the most competitive programs in the country. We match players with schedules and events that best reflect their ability and potential, all with the goal of maximizing exposure and development.
Courthouse Performance Center
The Courthouse Performance Center is the year-round home facility for The Roos, providing elite indoor training space for Kangaroo Court and Top Tier players. Featuring cutting-edge training areas, strength and conditioning resources, HitTrax technology, and a highly experienced coaching and performance staff, The Courthouse is designed to elevate every aspect of a player’s development.
